1.    Investiga el costo de los ingredientes para cocina y sus derivados en México y en otros países.
2.    Realiza un cuadro comparativo con los costos de cada producto en relación a las medidas de peso de México y otros países. (peso/kilogramo, peso/gramo, dollar/libra, dollar/kilogramo) realiza conversiones para encontrar el costo en diferentes monedas.

3.    Realiza un cuadro comparativo de las proporciones de la receta calculando cuantos ingredientes se necesitan  para hacer 3 porciones más y 2 porciones menos y cuanto obtienes de las cantidades establecidas.
4.    Obtén el costo para una porción, una vez que las hayas elaborado. Con base en la cantidad que preparen.
