GROUP GOALS: Functioning as a group

DAILY ROUTINE: Date, We learn…, Brain Gym ( el bostezo ), Mental Math, Copy Homework.

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLO’S)
 Uses complete simple sentences and compound sentences.
 Recognizes when a problema exists
 
DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): An interview tell how do they feel working in a group.

ACTIVITIES: 1. Daily routine. ( 10 min. ) 
2. Welcome Canadien friends! (10min.)
3. Kids copy on their vocabulary notebook vocabulary words 1 to 5 week 30 one time (10min.) 
4. Kids illustrate each one with a small drawing. (10 min.) 
5.Kids level a horizontal stick on their index finger “The helium stick “ KiVa lesson 3. ( 15min.)
6. In pairs they can tell how do they feel working in a group. (10min.)
7. Kids share their experience in Facebook.
8. They write the homework on homework section. (10 min

GROUP GOALS: Interacts with others for the purposes of visualize and compare the story with a movie, TV program or another book.  

DAILY ROUTINE: Date, Brain Gym (el bostezo),Spell 5 words, Copy Homework.

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLO’S)
Interacts with others for the purposes of making questions and visualize pictures.
Infers the problable outcome of an event or behaviour based on observations.
Uses of vocabulary words .

GROUP GOAL: They will publish in Facebook and Twitter their reading comprehension work. Students will write and illustrate new vocabulary words on the notebook.

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products):  Reading comprehension work published in Facebook and Twitter. Students new vocabulary words written on the notebook.

ACTIVITIES: 1. Daily routine. ( 10 min. )  
Kids listen to the story “The Little Red Hen “ a Russian folk tale. (10min.)     
They  visualize the pictures about the story as they listen to it.   ( 10 min. )
They draw  on a sheet of paper what they visualized. (15min.)
 In pairs they share their work in Facebook.(10min.)
        6.     Kids copy on their vocabulary notebook vocabulary words 6 to 10 week 30 one time. ( 10 min. )
        7.      Kids illustrate each one with a small drawing. ( 10 min. )
        8.     They write the homework in homework section. ( 10 min.

DAILY ROUTINE: Date, Brain Gym (el bostezo ), Mental Math, Copy Homework.

SUBAREA
Writing and representing
 Oral Language
Visual Arts

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLOS):
Uses their senses for drawing conclusions.
2 .    Identifies the main information provided in illustrations
3.    Uses recognizable letters when writing familiar words.

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): A written paragraph telling how food is processed.

ACTIVITIES: 1. Daily routine. ( 10 min. )
      2 .Kids copy on their vocabulary notebook vocabulary words 11 to 15 week 30 one time. ( 10 min.)
      3. Kids  illustrate each one with a small drawing. ( 10 min. )
      4. They write the homework in homework section. ( 10 min. )
     5. Kids look at the pictures and number them in correct order.(5min.)
     6. Kids name the workers involved in a farm. (5min.)
     7.Kids explain the process that bread follows from the farm to the store, including workers and products.(10min.) 
     8. Kids use vocabulary words to write a paragraph in their notebook. (15min.)
      9.  They share their information in Facebook. (10min.)
     10. Kids work their alebrije with Mr. Jacobo. (20min.)

DAILY ROUTINE: Date, Brain Gym ( el bostezo ), Spell 3 words, Copy Homework.

 Health and career.
Language arts
Social studies 

SUBAREA
 Healthy living.
Writing and representing.
Processes and skills of Social Studies. 

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLOS)
        1. Gathers iformation from a variety of sources.
        2. Uses prior vocabulary when interacting with others.
        3. Identifies healthy eating practices as described in Mexican's food guide to healthy eating.

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): Drawing of healthy food.

ACTIVITIES: 1.  Daily routine. ( 10 min. )
In teams kids talk about food they like to eat.(5 min.)
In a sheet of paper they draw the food they eat . (10min.)
They write the homework in homework section. ( 10 min. )  
Say goodbye to our Canadien friends. (20min.)

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLOS)
 Demonstrates abilities to follow simple oral instructions.
 Demonstrates an awareness that there are reasons for preferences in artwork.

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): Paint an Alebrije

ACTIVITIES: 1. Daily routine. ( 10 min. )  
                       2. Kids finish  painting their alebrije.(30 min.)
  3.Children write homework in homework notebook. ( 10 min. )
