Session: 1 (Monday )  

THEME: New vocabulary  words.

DAILY ROUTINE: Date, Brain Gym (rotación del cuello), Spell three words, Copy Homework.

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLOS)
 Uses recognizable letters when writing familiar words.
 Describes the process of identify emotions.
Uses a goal-setting process.

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): Answers on their notebook and illustration.
ACTIVITIES: 1.Think about what is a group. (15min.)
2. Answer these questions Can two people form a group? What kind of groups can there be at school? (10min.)
3. Write what you feel about this situation. (10min)
4. Post in Facebook your work. (10min.)
5.  Copy on your vocabulary notebook, vocabulary words 1 to 5 week 20 one time. ( apple, banana, beans, carrot, coconut ) (10min.) 
6. Illustrate each one with a small drawing. (10 min.)
 
7. Write the homework on homework section. (10 min

GROUP: 2nd grade

DATE:  January 15th to 19th, 2018

Session: 2 ( Tuesday )

THEME: Reading Comprehension, new vocabulary words

DAILY ROUTINE: Date, Brain Gym (rotación del cuello), Mental Math, Copy Homework.

 
CURRICULAR AREAS:

Reading Comprehension
Writing and representing

DESIRED OUTCOMES (PLOS)
 Interacts with others for the purposes of compare the story with a movie, TV program or another book.  
Uses recognizable letters when writing familiar words. 

DESIRED EVIDENCE (final products): Reading comprehension work published in Facebook and Twitter. Students new vocabulary words written on the notebook.

ACTIVITIES: 1.  Daily routine. Date, We learn…, Brain Gym (rotación del cuello), Spell 3 words, Copy Homework. (30min.)
2. Kids enter to scholasticlearningzone.com to read the story. “ Around the World in Eighty Days” by Jules Verne (10 min. )
3. Compare it with another story, TV program  or movie and illustrate it using the iPad . ( 20 min. )
4. Share your work in Facebook and Twitter. ( 20 min. )
5. Copy on your vocabulary notebook, vocabulary words 6 to 10 week 20 one time.( egg, fruit, grape, lemon, lemonade) ( 10 min. )
6. Illustrate each one with a small drawing. ( 10 min. )
7. Write the homework in homework section. ( 10 min)
